Introduction

This practice is based on the premise that through faith we can overcome any adversity that life presents us with. I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). TF-CBT is for children aged from 3-18 who have been through traumatic incidents in their life, whether single incidents or repeated incidents.
