I operate my practice around the value of authenticity. I believe that many people experience struggle in their lives as a result of growing distant from their authentic emotions and motivations. I work with individual clients and couples to reconnect with these aspects of their experiences. I approach sessions with a compassion, humor, and directness. You may find me to be quite forthright in my feedback. In my experience, confronting unpleasant truths is a necessary part of growth. Therefore, I challenge clients to hear straightforward observations about how they may be contributing to difficulties in their lives.
