Life can get very difficult, and it can feel almost impossible to manage on your own. As a counselor, I work with clients to examine the pain points in their lives. Together we dig deep to find out what assumptions are driving you and to discover an underlying meaning and purpose that will provide the tools you need to find stability and strength for your life. I apply CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) as well as Existential therapy to help clients process. I work with clients from elementary age through adults. I have experience with anxiety, depression, autism spectrum disorder, acculturative stress, and adjustment disorder.
