My work and practice begins with an open heart and a curious mind. I draw upon the dedication and wisdom of those who have and continue to offer their lives to help others find their way. With these qualities guiding me, my work is naturally eclectic and integrative, as it considers all aspects of the human condition (mind, heart, and body). ​ Counseling can look differently for different people. I work from the perspective that it is a collaborative effort. You have the deepest understanding of your life.
