Introduction

I have worked in both education and mental health for over 20 years. While working as an English teacher I found helping students manage life was more rewarding. I focused on mental health counseling and athletic counseling as my focus. I am a USSF licensed soccer coach, and my passion for health and wellness is interwoven in all that I do. I love helping athletes improve performance, and helping people overcome struggles that have negatively impacted their lives. I work collaboratively with my clients and take a client centered approach.
