Introduction

I have worked in both education and mental health for over 20 years. I began my career as an English teacher, but found helping students manage their lives was much more rewarding. I turned to mental health counseling and athletic counseling as my primary focus. I am a USSF licensed soccer coach, certified mental game coach, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and hold a National Counselors license. My passion for health and wellness is interwoven in all that I do. I love helping athletes improve performance and helping people overcome struggles that have negatively impact their lives. I work collaboratively with my clients and take a client centered approach.
