Matthew Lonski (he/they) is a warm, compassionate therapist who works with adults to give all people the safe space they need to foster growth and change. Matthew practices a gender affirmative trauma informed integrative approach to counseling while using evidence-based interventions including CBT, DBT, and ACT. As a queer identified person, Matthew is a passionate advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community. Regardless of your background or how you identify, Matthew aims to incorporate all intersections of a client’s identity to deliver a holistic approach to counseling. Matthew can also help you along the path of your transition by providing letters of support for hormone therapy and gender affirmation surgery. He follows the WPATH Standards of Care 8th Ed. in his practice.
