Introduction

Practicing successfully for over 7 years, I specialize in Anxiety, Depression, Adolescent, Adult, Family, Relationships, Marital, Pre-Marital Counseling, Anger Management, Life Adjustment, Cultural Identity, and Technology Addiction. Every client is unique and deserves a custom form of treatment. Utilizing an eclectic style, I incorporate CBT, Solution-Focused, Psychodynamic, Person-Centered, AEDP, Family Systems, Emotion-Focused, and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy while working with individuals, couples, and families. I make sure to consider the client's current status, past experiences that may be relevant to the presenting concern, and their environment during the course of therapy. I believe that a client should leave their first therapy session with some comfort, undoing a sense of aloneness, getting more insight to the root of the issue, and a sense of hope in solving the problem.
