I am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP). I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to support you in finding strength in recovery from anxiety or OCD. I am also trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as well as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma. That negative noise of anxiety is hard to ignore. You are not a bad person; you are not a failure and you are not alone.
