You will be able to recognize where it is in your relationship that you get stuck and identify it and get unstuck quicker, promoting connection with your partner. Only a small percentage of therapists in the United States have training in couples therapy. Most apply their training as individual therapists to couples therapy and hope this will work but based on the research; this is not effective.
