I am trained in evidence based models and uniquely qualified to work with working class adults that are serious about making changes. I specialize in working with addiction problems, relationship issues, anxiety, depression and PTSD. I believe that to embrace change is to embrace life. I also consult and support families and friends that have a suffering loved one and don't know what to do.
