Hello! Thanks for checking out my profile. If you're looking for some help for your teen, family, or yourself you've come to the right place. I can help with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and communication issues along with many others. I really like using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Non-Violent Communication, and nervous system education to help my clients. I'm a big nerd who loves board games, movies, the outdoors, and music. I love connecting with teens and young adults in a way that's fun, compassionate, and also motivating. I have been working in the psychology world for 17 years and have had the honor to help many families find better ways of connecting and solving problems. I hope that we can work together to get you through whatever you're struggling with.
