You may be wondering how your relationship got to the point where arguments happen regularly, and the feeling of disconnection is common. I help couples connect and learn how to communicate in ways that bring them together. I also help individuals identify why certain patterns exists in their life and learn how to live a life that honors what is most important to them. I offer services over Telehealth and have evening and weekend availability to accommodate schedules.
