Introduction

I love working with people who are longing to experience freedom from damaging thoughts, feelings, or behaviors. I believe the harmful behavior we may engage in or the false image we may project to the world all serves a function to avoid pain and gain love. When you engage in the therapeutic process with me you will experience a space free of judgment and full of grace and understanding, you will experience challenges to set aside your false-self, and you'll experience the freedom of self-acceptance. I love working with men, women, and couples experiencing a variety of painful circumstances. Many times this may involve being honest for the first time about a personal or family secret. I have an open schedule and can accommodate individuals who only have availability after normal working hours. Clients will receive a holistic approach to therapy in the pursuit of healing and wholeness in their mind, heart, soul, and body.
