I am a couples and individual therapist that works with men's issues, women who have experienced hurt by men, people experiencing low self-esteem, relationship issues, and those grappling with the larger questions of life around meaning, purpose and spirituality. I also run a weekly Men's Group here in Fort Collins. Trained in Contemplative Psychotherapy and Buddhist Psychology, I draw inspiration from Eastern practices of Mindfulness and Self-Compassion as well as Western approaches to psychotherapy rooted in Existential Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
