Hi there, and welcome. I am currently accepting new clients. Wherever you may be at in your journey at this moment, I look forward to joining with you on your path towards greater mental and emotional well-being, I create a safe and non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts and feelings, and prioritize that you feel understood. I aim to empower you as we collaborate in therapy to view the impact of your life’s stressors from new perspectives, to help you heal, and grow. I work with adults to address issues related to chronic/ongoing physical and emotional pain, as well as anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. I tailor my therapeutic interventions to meet your specific needs, taking a holistic approach to promote self-awareness, as you acquire new, and refine existing, coping strategies. Each session is an opportunity to see yourself in the present moment as more deserving of investing in what lives inside your heart and soul. Your decisions and actions outside of therapy can align with how you want be seen, by others, and within.
