Introduction

I enjoy being able to use my skills and training to help people who are hurting, whether they are experiencing things such as depression, anxiety, grief, or relationship issues. I aim to deeply connect with my clients and understand their feelings, as well as whatever situation they find themselves in. I accept them exactly where they are, and I work to understand where they want to go as part of therapy. I do my best to walk with them through that journey, whether it is resolving deep conflict that defines a broken relationship or dealing with the heaviness of depression, anxiety, or other issues. I provide a listening ear, and I strive to be empathetic in every situation. I have a solid understanding of how interpersonal relationships affect individuals, as well as how mental disorders affect human behavior. I am constantly learning new strategies and treatments to help my clients. I am driven by my passion to understand each client and be present with them through their struggles. It's very normal to be reluctant to seek help when going through difficult issues, but I am here to help share your pain and eliminate the heartache that isolation often causes. If whatever is going on in your life seems too much, reach out to me today.
