Have you ever felt like you were walking through life and thought that no person could understand how you have been feeling? Maybe, without knowing it, you have found yourself in a space that you are surrounded by fear, digging yourself deeper with seemingly every step. Your story, although very unique, has similar patterns to other people I have supported. I began working in the mental health field in community mental health assisting individuals of all ages to reacclimate to daily living after frequent psychiatric admissions or placement in residential care. After that role, I began working at an Advocacy Center providing services to victims of violent crimes and domestic violence survivors. To gain additional experience with adolescents I worked at a Partial Hospitalization Program/Intensive Outpatient Program. I hope that when you sit in my office you feel as though we are on a path towards wellness. We can walk together and develop skills, insight, and with your bravery face the fears that have been holding you back. We can learn to see fear as growth rather than something to avoid. My overall goal is to meet you where you are at, whether that is you need a space to vent or you need accountability or confrontation. I will be present and here for you.
