Introduction

You are worth feeling better. If you are lost, hurting, confused, in pain, or just don't know what to do next - please contact me and see if we're a good match. I especially enjoy (and have the most experience and training) working with trauma, childhood trauma, childhood emotional neglect (CEN), addiction, codependency, and childhood behavioral problems including ODD & ADHD. You are looking for help, feeling miserable, and don't know what to do next. My role and expertise is to guide you to a place in your life that you cannot yet see. If you are a man or woman who is simply lost (or getting close to it), you are in the right place. My goal as a therapist is to provide down to earth, practical, and insightful solutions in a timely and comfortable manner. I am passionate and excited to hear from you to help you forge a path of success. I have received excellent training, extensive real-world practice, and have found immense personal and professional satisfaction watching my clients heal, grow, and succeed. Therapy is difficult to begin, but those who do are always glad they did. PARENT-CHILD INTERACTION THERAPY (PCIT) PCIT is an evidence-based treatment for young children (2.5 - 6 years old) with behavioral problems. PCIT is conducted through "coaching" sessions during which you and your child are in a playroom while the therapist observes you interact with your child and provides in-the-moment coaching on skills you are learning to manage your child's behavior. Therapy typically takes 10-12 sessions (one session/week) for completion, which is significantly shorter than other therapy models for children. I am a certified PCIT clinician and have practiced this treatment for over 11 years. In my experience, parents usually report improved behavior from their child within one to two weeks!
