I often work with people navigating attachment issues, relationship challenges, depression, anxiety, or questions around identity—whether that’s figuring out who you are, where you belong, or how to build deeper connections with others. At the heart of it, I believe that human connection and personal growth go hand in hand. When we feel truly seen, supported, and understood, meaningful change becomes possible. I believe you have the ability to create the life you want—by connecting more deeply with yourself, your loved ones, and your community. I’d be honored to be part of that journey with you. In my therapy work, I believe that the relationship between us -client and therapist- is the most important part of the process. I take a collaborative approach, which means I don’t see myself as the expert on your life. Instead, I’m here to walk alongside you, helping you reconnect with your true self so you can show up more fully in your relationships. Alongside my work as a therapist, I spend much of my time training students in the Marriage and Family Therapy program at Utah Valley University. I love helping future therapists grow into compassionate professionals who will go on to support healing and connection in their own communities. If you are a therapist that is struggling, I'm also here for you.
