Introduction

The stories we tell about ourselves are powerful. My job is to support persons in the amazing process of authoring themselves. I use strengths-based approaches to help individuals, couples, families meet their goals of growth, healing and change. Relationships are a focus of my work, especially romantic relationships, parent-child and sibling relationships. My biggest strength as a collaborative therapist is openness to new possibilities, meanings, and connections. I have special interest and skillsets working with couples and families living with chronic illness and disablement experiences.
