Introduction

It takes courage and vulnerability to be able to open up about your past or current trauma with a counselor. It takes self-love, strength to self empower yourself. Many of my clients in the past 24 years were seeking healing from childhood trauma, domestic violence,anxiety,BPD, depression, PTSD and mood?emotional disorders. I worked with diverse populations from the military families on the CONUS and OCONUS basis, as well as with LGBTQIA+ and had contract with CDC and the state of Idaho for HIV prevention program.I work with teenagers, individuals and couples.
