Dr. Williams provides psychological assessment and therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, caregivers and families exhibiting a diversity of emotional and behavioral health concerns, including but not limited to, depression, post-partum depression, anxiety, and other issues with adjustment to parenthood, adjustment disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder/ trauma, self-esteem, anger, anxiety, divorce, ADHD, learning disorders, behavioral disorders, and parent/caregiver consultation. Dr. Williams strives to build hope and resilience in all of her clients, while working collaboratively and fostering independence so that they no longer need the support of therapy. Dr. Williams is a licensed clinical psychologist who received her Clinical Psychology Doctorate (PsyD) from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Williams’ education also includes a Masters degree (MA) in Clinical Psychology from the Chicago School and a Bachelors degree (BS) in Psychology from The Ohio State University. Dr. Williams is passionate about providing an inclusive, accepting, welcoming, and safe space for clients of all backgrounds. Her clinical experience includes community mental health and outpatient intervention with children, adolescents, adults, and families. She specializes in assisting individuals in their recovery from trauma and adversity.
