Introduction

I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, who graduated from Southern New Hampshire University. I have experience working as a counselor for Substance Misuse and Medication Assistant Program. I also provided therapeutic counseling in a psychiatric inpatient hospital. Additionally, I have assisted clients in the community and in a private practice setting, working with clients of 18 years and older. As a LCMHC, I want to help my clients live their most "Authentic Life" that they want to live. I have a passion for wanting to help my clients learn, establish, and reach the goals they set forth. I am here to help my clients within my scope of practice to be as happy in life that they want to strive for, by helping them heal their mind. Clients can expect to work on their goals at their pace. I like to meet my clients where they are at. I create a non-judgmental free space to feel welcomed and validated during the session. I use Evidence-based Practices and a Client Centered approach.
