Hello I’m MaryJane, a qualified counselor and psychotherapist in Montana. I want to help you create the change you’d like to see in your life You might be going through a difficult experience right now, or want to explore more deeply your personal history, habits and behaviors. Perhaps you need support with taking that next big step in your life. My intention for our therapy is for you to feel more in control of your life and better equipped to manage it. We’ll be taking a holistic view of your life With me you’ll experience a space where you can be just you. A space in which we‘ll bring more self-awareness to what’s holding you back, delving into your stories and experiences, peeling back long held limiting beliefs. We might focus on cultivating positive emotions, building new habits, or processing trauma. I’m an integrative therapist which means we’ll tailor the therapy to best support your unique needs. • Managing relationship difficulties and communication • Regulating the nervous system when feeling chaotic, overwhelmed, out of control • Moving through feeling confused, indecisive, stuck, procrastination • Working through feelings of shame, guilt and anger • Healing after the end of a relationship, separation and divorce • Finding a way through sadness and depression • Dealing with rejection and loneliness • Accepting and working with sexual dysfunction • Managing addictions and supporting harm-reduction or abstinence (including drug, alcohol, sex) • Processing traumatic experiences and Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) • Working through bereavement and grief • Providing accepting & grounding support when feeling suicidal • Regaining safety and trust after sexual abuse (childhood and adult) • Resolving family issues (communication, assertiveness, autonomy)
