My passion rests in helping, encouraging and empowering individuals. My life’s mantra comes from the words of Oprah Winfrey, “When we know better, we do better.” As a therapist, my goal is to share the tools and resources needed to change individuals for the better. I am a licensed clinician with 20+ years of experience, advocacy and leadership in the field of social work. My core therapy practice includes a focus on individuals, couples and families utilizing Dialectical Behavior, Solution Focused, and Trauma Informed Therapies. I specialize in the empowerment of Women and the LGBTQ Community through Narrative Therapy.
