Introduction

I work as a client centered therapist. I use collaboration and feedback to shape my therapeutic interventions, which I believe makes therapy more effective while also growing insight, personal empowerment, and skills. My goal is to support you in building your capacity to feel your emotions without becoming stuck or overwhelmed. Once we are not stuck or overwhelmed, we can choose what in our life we want to define us rather than our biggest pains. I see personal growth as an important part of integration and wholeness. Areas of exploration often include: identity, health and fulfillment in relationships, personal creative endeavors, utilizing healthy boundaries, increasing quality self-care, connecting to sense of personal empowerment. I am honored to work with people on their journey of becoming the authors of their own lives.
