When we experience trauma, our body, mind, and emotions are altered, and create patterns that are difficult to shift. This affects our perceptions, relationships, and the ability to feel connection to ourselves and others. Through trauma-informed practices, we will work together to gain insight, address long standing issues (low self-esteem, PTSD, anxiety, depression, negative emotions), and build on your unique gifts; so that you may feel more empowered to act in ways that move you toward the life you want and the person you are. My aim is to help you shift into deep safety and emotional awareness. For over 20 years, I’ve worked with diverse populations and organizations utilizing psychodynamic, strengths and systems-based approaches; and offer tools in Trauma Incident Reduction (TIR), Polyvagal Applications, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFIT) and the Expressive Arts. I come to you highly intuitive and joyful, with a deep curiosity in all aspects of your story.
