Introduction

"Hello! In an effort to respond to the growing need for education and support for those balancing their personal and/or career life as a caregiver whilst attempting to notice and honor their own needs related to *Parenting *Caregiving *Stressors *Grief *Trauma *High Sensitivity Trait To formulate a life plan with reduced stress, we have developed a more holistic program established to support Women, Mothers and, ultimately, our Families/Community as we learn to honor, release, and grow ~ Mind. Body. Soul. ~ for the betterment of our Selves and our Loved Ones. Our goal is to support your journey towards your highest potential via sharing, connection, humor, honesty, support opportunities, holistic wellness education, parenting guidance, caregiver stress management, respite space, and guided movement and breath work." ********************************************* Mary specializes in the way of helping individual Women learn to notice themselves again, notice their basic needs for peace, and learn how to meet these needs while also balancing life's responsibilities. Sessions are typically an hour in length and are personally designed to help guide you to exploration and management of COMMON discomforts such as *Anxiety *Grief *Stress *Parenting *Maternal Mental Health. Mary is also a Guide for Grief Yoga, a zero impact, minimal discussion practice of honoring and releasing grief, trauma, HSP overwhelm, and stress through simple movement and breathwork. Holistic methods of self-care and emotional management can expect to be taught to help support you on your journey. Above all, Mary will share her belief in the importance of exploring and healing the mind, body, & soul as a whole to achieve and MAINTAIN the inner peace you desire. Prior to opening MindBodySoulWorks in 2017, Mary worked for ten years as an RN in NICU, Labor/Delivery, and step-down pediatric ICU units across the country. This provided a unique perspective of how intertwined mental and physical health are & the many curveballs life can throw at us. About her work she says "This is my passion; to support those supporting the rest. To help Mothers, Caregivers, and those in the Helping Fields find themselves again or maybe for the first time...and to learn to feel Whole." In my sessions I will encourage you to establish daily efforts of awareness, honesty, and commitment to yourself to create a happy life for You. I am here to guide you in learning and practicing this sometimes daunting feat, by bringing awareness and honor to your experience to gain sustainable peace." *************************************************
