Introduction

Hi! Does your life feel out of control or unstable? Are you going through a though transition? Are you starting to notice unhealthy patterns emerge? I am here to help! I love working with teens and adults who are struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, self harm, and low self confidence. I believe that my clients are the experts of their own stories and that my role is to offer tools and guidance to help you achieve your goals. I utilize tools such as mindfulness, emotional regulation, and distress tolerance skills to help you regain control of your life. I also use Brain Spotting to aid clients in accessing and processing trauma. In addition to being a therapist, I am also a certified Barre instructor and believe that ultimate healing occurs in the mind, body, and spirit. I work with many members of the LGBTQ + community and strive to make my office as safe, open, and encouraging as possible.
