Introduction

I believe that childhood interactions play a huge part in the development of psychological pain, wounds, and hurts. For this reason, I am sensitive to the process of therapy and work hard to make it a safe and trusting space for you and myself to work together to arrive at the deepest healing possible for you. Your strengths and goals are important to the way I work because my aim is to free up the energy that has been suppressed by pain so that you can focus on the things that are important to you. After 13+ years of working with clients I've made the work easier for you by narrowing it down to three special processes I use to help you to heal your emotional pain. 1) The compassion process 2) The release process 3) Eye Movement and Desensitization (EMDR) 4) Internal Family Systems (IFS)
