I am a licensed psychologist with a Ph.D. in Clinical Developmental Psychology from Bryn Mawr College, an M.A. in Human Development from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.A. in Psychology from Franklin & Marshall College. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship can help you manage stress, regain your ability to find fulfillment in daily life, and strengthen your sense of self. I value humor, kindness, and warmth in creating an accepting and nonjudgmental environment for each client. I utilize an integrative approach to therapy, meaning that I draw from different orientations and tailor my approach to best fit clients' needs. I have training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, as well as more traditional Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. In addition, I use psychodynamic and narrative approaches in my work with clients. Please note that I participate with PSYPACT and am therefore able to provide telehealth services to residents of 40 states and the District of Columbia. I am proudly LGBTQ+ affirming, racial justice allied, and sex and body positive.
