I’m a mental health therapist committed to helping individuals enhance resiliency and manage the challenges of life. My work focuses on allowing individuals to express their needs and emotions, feel heard and repair patterns that promote suffering. Through a somatic mindfulness lens, patients will reset their nervous systems, gain control over negative thought patterns, and roll with and release difficult emotions, instead of being consumed by them. I believe that humans have an innate capacity to heal from trauma and life stressors, improve our relationships and live more satisfying lives. I’m passionate about providing a space for individuals to discover their resiliency, heal their minds and bodies, and thrive.
