Introduction

I have been an online therapist since 2016, and prior to that I worked as a therapist in an emergency room, schools, and private clinics for clients who are dealing with symptoms of anxiety, and depression. Initially, I worked with a diverse population of individuals both adult men, women and adolescents in many social systems from school, to medical to corrections until I became a clinical director at a local nonprofit in Ohio. At the nonprofit I sat with adult females who were dealing with the effects of childhood sexual abuse and trauma. I then moved to an obstetrics clinic to do integrated behavioral health care and, where I assisted women who were showing symptoms of postpartum anxiety and depression. From the obstetrics clinic I moved into the position of Behavioral Health Manager for clinics all of which are medical, including two school based where I manage a team of therapists. I am honored to sit with you to discuss what symptoms you are struggling with in order for you to gain insight into your whole self. With my guidance and feedback, you will manage to find the lost pieces and parts of the self in ways that you are most likely naturally doing right now, and yet need the presence of another objective and nonjudgmental person to assist you on your journey.
