While obtaining her Masters degree in clinical social work, relocated to Jacksonville, Florida where she remained for several years before returning to Tallahassee where she continued her work focusing on trauma, anxiety and depression. In 2012, she opened her own private practice. She cares about the quality of care given which is why she has a limited number of clients. This is to give each person the individualized attention and care they need. You deserve to be seen and heard. Her goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and compassionate place. A place where you can not only receive encouragement and support but also the tools you need to help you navigate any challenges or problems you may be facing.
