I work with people from many walks of life to get re-centered and back on track. I focus on developing strategies to take care of one self, creating goals and evaluating barriers that get in the way. I work with people to evaluate limiting beliefs and heal from past trauma. I understand that starting therapy can be difficult and can feel scary at first. It can also seem impossible to add to an already overwhelming schedule. The goal is to help alleviate these fears and discomforts and create space where you can take care of you. Taking care of you first is the best gift you can give to your loved ones around you.
