Introduction

I am a marriage and family therapist with over 20 years of counseling experience, and I understand that finding hope and restoration in places of pain can feel impossible. I welcome the opportunity to walk with you towards renewed living through the counseling process. I have worked in a variety of settings with diverse populations. I have become increasingly specialized in working with adult individuals and couples. My areas of specialty include relational conflict, depression, anxiety and spiritual struggles. I am a certified Restoration Therapist as well as a PREPARE/ENRICH facilitator. You are invited to contact me to learn more; I do realize that considering to see a counselor may be a new experience.
