I work with women using solution-focused and client-centered therapy. Together we work on self-love, personal wellness, and boundary setting. I believe it is important to examine your past to recognize themes and understand choices, in order to move forward. My goal for you is to recognize your unique power and personal strengths. I empower clients to love themselves and create a lifestyle centered around self-care. I will be present to hold you accountable for taking action to change your habits and reach your goals. You can count on me to be firm, honest genuine and caring. I want my clients to experience joy to the fullest and know when it is time to rest and recharge. Taking care of others means ensuring your own wellness, first. By caring for your needs, you will promote more fulfilling relationships with others.
