Mary is a seasoned and compassionate therapist with just under thirty years experience. Education includes a BA in Psychology from DePaul University and a MSW from the Univerisity of IL/Jane Addams College of Social Work. This practice offers specialized care for adults struggling with life adjustments including anxiety, depression, loss including pregnancy and infant loss, infertility, pregnancy/post partum anxiety/depression, and addictions. Other presenting issues include professional stressors, divorce, grief and life transitions. Mary operates from the viewpoint that her clients have a life history with ups and downs but that there are pockets of time or life events that toss them into scary or uncertain territories. Therapy can be used to unpack these times, reassess our support systems, learn new ways to look at life and find ways to cope through and then beyond our hardest times. Telehealth and in-person sessions available
