Introduction

I'm Mary Grace, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I am here to offer support so that you can reconnect to yourself and who you want to be. My approach to counseling is holistic and I will tailor it to meet your needs integrating mind, body, and spirit. I have an existential approach to counseling, focusing on self-awareness, meaning making, identity development, and relationships, all within the ever-changing human experience. I specialize in working with grief, loss, life transitions, values work, those feeling lost or stuck, anyone who considers themselves in an existential or life crisis, and those who just want to understand themselves more to help create the life they want. Counseling is a collaborative process and I am here to support any goals you may have. I look forward to learning and growing with you.
