Introduction

I love to work with individuals who are dealing with stressful life circumstances. I enjoy helping my clients believe in themselves and their abilities. I also work with clients who are recovering from a divorce and need a fresh start with renewed confidence. I understand the dynamics of domestic abuse including verbal and emotional abuse and recovery. I have been in practice for 18 years and love to help my clients find healthy relationships in their lives or set boundaries to improve the chances that their current relationships can change. I am ready to work with you to achieve balance and reduce stress in your life. I provide in person and telehealth sessions Monday-Thursday 10am-5pm. I provide telehealth only on Tuesdays 10am-5pm.
