Introduction

I am a holistic, empathic, client centered counselor with multiple methods to assist folks to recover from issues that have affected their ability to function in wholeness. I use clinical hypnotherapy, EMDR, EFT and cognitive-behavioral approaches. I support and endorse alternative healing methods along with counseling and I do not believe that medication is always the right choice for someone. The overarching attributes that I use with my clients are authenticity, thinking outside the box, insight, candor, and humor.
