Throughout this walk, Mary offers nonjudgmental compassion, approachability, creativity, insight, and humor through an eclectic mix of evidence based treatments approaches. These approaches include EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), IFS (Internal Family Systems), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Schema, and Mindfulness Therapy. Our work together will help implement healthier ways to get your needs met. By finding out how to focus and change what we can control, we can better build the future that is most desired and deserved. Mary believes in and has been humbled by the profound healing that a safe therapeutic environment and a respectful relationship can provide.
