Introduction

Do you wonder what it would take to be less critical and more nurturing towards yourself? Or, how your inner self-critic influences your self-esteem and self-worth? Maybe you tend to be perfectionistic, have high levels of anxiety due to a need for order and predictability, set very high standards for yourself (and others), or experience body image issues and distorted self-perceptions. I believe that everyone is unique and has the ability to reach their full potential. I view therapy as an opportunity for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors without judgment. Through this exploration, I support clients in navigating emotional turmoil, increasing their levels of awareness and acceptance, and learning tools to manage stress, insecurities, and self-doubt. In the space we create together, my hope is that you feel affirmed and encouraged. I enjoy working with youth and young adults who are experiencing issues with perfectionism, hypersensitivity, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and/or disordered eating. I’m passionate about working with individuals who are navigating their gender identity and providing supportive and affirming care to queer, trans, and gender-expansive clients. At the core of my approach is a commitment to the principles of attachment-based and person-centered therapy. Through this methodology, we can facilitate positive growth and personal development, guiding clients on a path toward healing and self-discovery. If any of this resonates with you, or you’re curious about what our session may look like, then let’s chat!
