Hello and a warm welcome to my counseling page! Facing life’s challenges requires courage, and I admire your bravery in seeking support. I earned my Master's Degree in Counselor Education from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Louisiana and a Registered Play Therapist™. With 10 years of experience in both private and public elementary schools, I specialize in providing supportive and non-judgmental therapy tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies such as directive and non-directive play therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques and bibliotherapy, empowering clients to overcome challenges, manage stress, and cultivate resilience. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, coping with anxiety or depression, or seeking to improve relationships and practice healthy boundary setting, I offer a safe and confidential space for exploration and healing. Services I offer include individual counseling with children as young as 3 years of age, adolescents, and adults. Together, we’ll work collaboratively to explore your strengths, address barriers, and foster positive change.
