Introduction

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my goal is to work with children, adolescents and adults. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities and applying researched based techniques learned in my classroom work as a student and specialized trainings I have attended. My counseling philosophy can best describe as Eclectic. I work with an emphasis on awareness, relationship, and integration to encourage personal growth and wholeness. I firmly believe that people can reach their best potential given the right support and tools for change. Clients are encouraged to take an active role in their treatment. The goals and techniques of therapy will be based on each client individually according to their needs. With an Eclectic approach, I draw from a variety of approaches.
