My specialties include ADHD, anxiety, relationship issues and family boundaries. I especially enjoy working with millennials, emerging adults and fellow members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I am straightforward and try to bring appropriately-timed humor into my sessions. As a social worker, I have a responsibility to advocate for social justice and systemic change. I believe all humans have value and aim to provide quality mental health services to BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and disabled folks. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, progressive, and focused on helping you learn about yourself and make sustainable changes. This involves applying a variety of techniques that I have learned in practice, as well as from my own lived experience. Therapy is not one-size-fits all and I will work with you to tailor my approach to your needs.
