I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders and have over 4 years of experience working in the field at all levels of care. I also work with with individuals struggling with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, attachment concerns, life transitions, and grief and loss. I strive to create a warm and safe environment for my clients. My therapeutic style tends to be empathic, authentic and collaborative. I practice therapy from an eclectic approach often utilizing CBT, The Unified Protocol, Attachment Theory, and exploring the mind- body connection. I provide both individual and family therapy and I work with individuals 12 and older. I believe that the therapeutic relationship can be powerful mechanism for change.
