Hey y'all! I am Mary Beth. A big telehealth welcome to folks of every race, ethnicity, and sexual orientation in a non-judgmental, compassionate, and, at times, humorous atmosphere. A session with me has been described as a warm, engaging conversation with occasional art-based check-ins. Typically, we connect with our breath and weave our talk around your goals, then end again with the breath. My eclectic and collaborative approach is built on over 25 years in the mental health field serving roles from counselor to group leader and educator. Strengths include offering encouragement and empowerment though traditional talk therapy along with expressive arts modalities as appropriate. I have felt strong therapeutic connects with people working through women's issues, self esteem and resilience building, along with trauma recovery, ADHD/ADD, and stress management. Ready to partner on your journey. Proud of you for taking this step! Accepting new clients and available for video sessions in 2023.
