Welcome! Therapy can help you move toward your goals, be more resilient during life's transitions and difficulties, become more connected in relationships, and feel happier, calmer, and more confident. I work to create a collaborative, accepting atmosphere for you to clarify and make progress toward your goals. I value building on your strengths and increasing your resilience. Depending on your needs, I provide a balance of support, feedback, and strategies. I have been a psychologist for over 20 years and work with a wide range of clinical concerns. My clients most commonly seek therapy to deal with stress, depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, life changes, grief, and trauma. I have a number of years of specialized experience working with the following concerns/groups: workplace/career/supervisory issues, burnout/compassion fatigue, military populations, health-related goals, and strength based/resiliency skills training. My practice hours are only on Friday afternoons. In addition to my practice, I work full-time serving UT Austin's faculty and staff as a Healthpoint Employee Assistance Program psychologist. I enjoy and am honored to do this work with clients and welcome your questions about my practice.
