Introduction

Flourish Psychotherapy offers specialized services to individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, and obsessive-compulsive disorders. Additionally, we work with families endeavoring to support a loved one who experiences emotional dysregulation and suicidality as well as families who are navigating LGBTQ+ identities. Anxiety & obsessive-compulsive disorders respond most quickly to exposure-based therapies. To this end, we facilitate Exposure and Response Prevention and CBT-based exposure therapies for people who seek relief from anxiety, phobias, & obsessive-compulsive disorders. Work with families is informed by Dialectical Behavior & Mentalization-based Therapies. Together, we develop strategies to cope with distress and problems so that you have more bandwidth to make choices based on who you are and what you want out of life. Navigating difficult thoughts and emotions is just one part of healing. The rest comes from living the life that is right for you. Wherever you are, together we can find what's possible.
